The basic Midwifery education program is a six semester program of study. Being a three (3) year course, each year has two (2) semesters and there is examination at the end of each semester.
The final qualifying examination comes after the second (2nd) semester of the 3rd year.
The goal of Nursing over the years has been to contribute to the health of individuals, families and the society. Initially, nursing concentrated on the care and comfort of the ill and injured.
We offer two Nursing programmes:
EDOCNS leveraged on the mandate received from NBTE to commence ND program and NMCN permission to transfer the existing Public Health Nursing Program from Edo State School of Health Technology (EDOSHT) to EDOCNS to offer a Post Basic Public Health Nursing Program.
